Download the eMed app to order your at-home Screening Kit

Your kit ships directly to you. After downloading the eMed app, enter your access code Simtra during registration to activate your account. When your kit arrives, scan the QR code to be guided through your at-home blood collection.

Return your sample and receive your lab results

eMed offers two convenient return options: same-day FedEx drop-off or next-day pickup using the pre-paid box in your kit. Independent licensed clinicians then review your sample and determine your eligibility for treatment.** Your lab results will be available in the eMed app.

Get your prescription and start your medication

If prescribed, your medication will be delivered directly to your home. You’ll then complete your first weekly check-in through the eMed app. Ongoing support is available 24/7 whenever you need it.
