•Possible thyroid tumors, including cancer. Tell your healthcare provider if you get a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing, or shortness of breath. These may be symptoms of thyroid cancer. In studies with rats, Wegovy, Zepbound, and medicines that work like them caused thyroid tumors, including thyroid cancer. It is not known if Wegovy or Zepbound will cause thyroid tumors, or a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) in people.
•Do not use Wegovy or Zepbound if you or any of your family have ever had a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thryoid carcinoma (MTC), or if you have an endocrine system condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

Start your visit through the Beyond Med member portal
The program begins by completing a Health Profile with the GLP-1 Weight Management Program Screening Kit™. The Health Profile is a live virtual proctored, at-home screening that captures medical information and a blood sample.
Complete a short health questionnaire
Each week you will have a check-in with a Live Virtual Proctor, which includes a weigh-in and medication verification. Check-ins occur on your selected injection day, with reminders sent to keep you on track. It takes less than 60 seconds - just bring your scale and medication.
Manage Your Side Effects
A dedicated portal enables you to report side effects and receive support. You can also report side effects during weekly check-ins. This feature ensures that you remain on track while addressing potential concerns effectively.
Monthly Medication Refills
Every third check-in includes a brief questionnaire. Completing check-ins allow clinicians to manage your medication dosage for effective, sustainable weight loss. Doses typically increase every four weeks until you reach your maintenance dose.
Seamless Communication
The portal serves as a hub for important clinician messages, ensuring you remain informed throughout your journey. Most communications and reminders are sent through SMS and email, we recommend you opt-in to receive them.
Personal Dashboard
The program provides you with a comprehensive dashboard to track health improvements, weight loss, and adherence metrics. This centralized resource supports ongoing monitoring and engagement.
